The Best Salsa

6 medium tomatoes
2 large cloves of garlic
1 large jalapeno ( no seeds unless you really like it hot)
1/2 white onion
1/3 cup chopped fresch cilantro
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
the juice of 2 limes


Dice the onion, tomato, jalapeno, and garlic. Try to leave out most of the tomatoe juice. Mix them with the cilantro, salt, pepper and lime juice and let it sit for 15 min. Then eat it! It's really good on tacos, especially if you use cabbage instead of lettuce.
