4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed
1 cup simple syrup
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Equal parts water and sugar (or splenda?), boiled to dissolve, then cooled.
1. Place cubed mango in a food processor, and puree. Pour in simple syrup and lime juice, and puree until smooth.
2. Pour into container, put in freezer for 2 hours until firm.
3. Remove from freezer, return to food processor until smooth, return to freezer.
