3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
one 12 oz container of instant polenta
4 and 1/2 cups of water (for the polenta)
1 tbsp butter (for polenta)
1 can clams
1 / 12 oz can tomato's
1/ 12oz can of water
1 cup white wine
1 12 oz package of crawfish (cleaned and shelled)
1 12 oz package of crab (dungeness)
3 tbs parsley
8 leaves of basil (whole)
Saute garlic in olive oiil.. Upon fragrant, add your crawfish, crab, and sautee. Add your clams and sautee for 5 minutes more. Add tomato's, water, and whiite wine and reduce by half. Oil should separate from the pan.. in about 15 minutes~when it is begins to almost stick to the bottom, it's done.
Boil water add butter/ 1 tbsp salt
When rolling boil add polenta a little at a time, stirring constantly.
After 3 minutes should see it nice and thick. Set aside and pou in flat pan to cool.. Garnish with parlsely.
Cut out in ciircles or squares and plate. Plate sauce over the polenta and enjoy~garnish with Basil~
