Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional -- use more if you like!)
Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper in a bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
