2-3 fresh peeled oranges with a splash of water or 1 cup orange juice
1 very ripe banana
1- 2 pitted fresh Medjool Dates depending on how sweet your oranges are
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
12 ice cubes
Blend until smooth. I try to post several variations so that everyone can use these recipes. If you don't like bananas, try something else that will give you the creaminess. (Rice milk, almond milk, etc.) I don't use regular milk or soy milk because it can curdle. Mix it up and have fun!
