400 grams with babyclams and marbeled mussels (50/50), 50 grams of shallots, 50 grams of red onion, 3 garlic cloves, pinch of dried chili flakes, pinch of saffron, 3 dl of white wine, 1dl of cream, seasoning
Sautee the onions with the garlic, add the clams and the mussles, stir, add the wine at a rather high temperature, reduce and add the cream, simmer until ALL clams and mussels are opened. (If not, remove the closed ones)Stir and add the chili and the saffron. Skim it and stir some more, season and go ahead and treat your partner royaly!!!
