Bacon Swiss Tossed Salad

1/2 c mayonaise
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 c mixed greens salad mix
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 (10 0=oz) pacakge frozen peas, thawed
8 ox swiss cheese, julienned
1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled


In a small bowl, combine mayonaise, sugar, salt and pepper. In a large salad bowl, layer a third of the greens and a third of the mayonaise mixture, onion, peas and cheese. Repeat the layers twice. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Just before serving, add the bacon and toss.
