Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

It took me forever to find a recipe that wsn't made with MUSHROOM soup. I don't like mushrooms, so I left them out. The beefy flavor is enhanced by the bouilion. Next time I might add a bit of red wine or cognac with the sour cream just before serving.

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 pounds London Broil, round steak, or steak cut in strips
1/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium onion chopped
1 can or jar (4 to 6 oz) mushrooms, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
2 beef boullion cubes
1 c water
1 c sour cream
cooked egg noodles

Method

Mix all but sour cream and put in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours ot until done. Stir sour cream into mixture 10 minutes before serving. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
