1 oz dried black mushrooms
1 bunch spinach
1 pack vermicelli noodles
1 carrot julienned
1 onion sliced
3 tablespoon sesame oil
3 oz beef marinated in Korean meat marinade (below)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup soy sauce

Korean Meat Marinade
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
1/2 Korean pear grated
2 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 small white onion minced
1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon ground red pepper
1/4 ground black pepper
2 green onions
1 cup sprite or 7-up


1. hydrate black mushrooms in warm water until soft then slice thinly
2. blanch spinach and drain
3. bring pot of water to boil and cook vermicelli noodles until soft
4. saute the mushrooms, onions, and carrots about 3 min set aside until cool
5. cook marinated beef, and let cool
6. mix all ingredients together and add sugar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Enjoy at room temperature
