1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup rice flour or sweet potato flour
3/4 cup water or until desired consistency
1 cup green onions
1/2 yellow onion
1 oz calamari
1 oz clams
1 oz oysters
1 oz bay shrimp


1. sift salt flour/rice flour, and mix in water slowly until desired consistency
2. add rest of ingredients, and mix until well incorporated
3. heat some oil over medium heat and pan fry the pancake mixture in batches. enjoy
