Egg Salad Sammie

Egg-salad eat it by itself or with some flax bread or yr grain of choice

Ingredients

2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dill relish
2 slices flax seed bread (toasted)
1 leaf lettuce

Method

In a bowl, gently mix the eggs, mayonnaise, onion flakes, salt, mustard , garlic powder, pepper, and dill relish. Cover, and refrigerate. To serve, well if u can figure out how to make a sandwich i cant help you, just get the lettuce on there
