Creamy Crab and Red Pepper Spread

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


2 Green Onions, chopped
1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
16 oz Crab Meat (fresh/canned/frozen - I use frozen)
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Red Pepper, chopped
1 TBSP Grey Poupon mustard (or similar)
Ritz Crackers


Reserve a handful of Green Onions as garnish.

Mix remaining ingredients (except crackers).

Refrig 1 hour. Serve w/ crackers.
