Ingredients

Whole Wheat Melba Toast
Tomatoes
Basil, Oregano, and Cilantro finely chopped
Garlic minced
Pepper (Salt optional)
Juice of ½ lemon
Chicken

Method

1) Chop desired quantity of tomatoes and mix with spices and lemon juice 2) set mixture in fridge
3) chop and sauté chicken and add spices to taste
4) mix chicken in tomato mixture
5) spoon on to Melba toast and eat the remainder with a spoon.
