3.5 oz Ground Beef
Ketchup
Lettuce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder or fresh/crushed.

Method

Cook/scramble 3.5 oz ground beef, then rinse well go get rid of all the fat. To this add: A LITTLE ketchup A LITTLE mustard Chopped dill pickles Chopped onion Diced tomato, a little chopped lettuce Salt/pepper, garlic powder (or fresh/crushed)
