Chicken Chow Mein

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


Handful of chopped cabbage
3.5 ounces of chicken breast
1 - 2 Tbsp of onion
Pinch of ginger Sea salt
Pinch of Stevia


Chop up cabbage, onions & chicken, place in a hot skillet and fry (keeping it moving most of the time), add spices and stir them in. Cook until chicken is done but the ingredients in the pan are not dry.
