Teryaki Steak Marinade

a simple marinade for a great tasting steak

200 ml teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dark sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/4 cup water
1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Score lines in meat with sharp knife

Pour marinade over meat. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 6 hours (it's good to do this in a morning, so it's ready when you come home from work).

Cook meat on grill until done as you like it!
