Dietary guidance: v
2 cups freshly picked basil (lightly packed)
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup grated parmigiano reggiano, or similar cheese
Throw it all in a food processor and blend to desired consistency.
Transfer to bowl or storage dish, adding more olive oil if so desired. Refrigerate for at least a couple hours before using, for the flavors to meld.
