Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 lg onion
red pepper sliced
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash
2 cans pizza dough
Spoon 1/2 c pasta sauce,
8 oz of Italian cheese

Method

Calzone: Saute 1 lb. Italian sausage, 1/2 lg onion, red pepper sliced. Cook until sausage crumbles. Drain. Comb 15 oz. Ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, & 1 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash. Unroll 2 cans pizza dough 13x9 greased pan. spread dough.Spoon 1/2 c pasta sauce, ricotta cheese, saus. mix, top w/ 8 oz of Italian cheese. pull one end of dough over & primp edges. cut 3 slits on top. cook 450 / 25 min.
