Make the meatballs.
Roll in flour and cook in a bit of oil.
Then when meatballs 3/4 cooked add chopped onion, green pepper, 1 can of diced tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 glass of red wine, 1 bouillon cube with 300 ml of water and chopped parsely. Cook slowly for 30-40 minutes.
