Albondigas Caseras- Spanish Meatballs with tomato and wine sauce

Ingredients

beef or lamb ground meat (500g)
breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
pressed garlic - 2/3
nutmeg- pinch
2 eggs
flour
oil
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
beef of chicken stock cube or fresh
water
chopped parsley
red wine
can of diced tomatoes or 2 fresh chopped tomatoes, unskinned
tomato paste

Method

For meatballs:
beef or lamb ground meat,bread crumbs,salt and pepper, garlic, pressed, a pinch nutmeg, 2eggs
Make the meatballs.
Roll in flour and cook in a bit of oil.
Then when meatballs 3/4 cooked add chopped onion, green pepper, 1 can of diced tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 glass of red wine, 1 bouillon cube with 300 ml of water and chopped parsely. Cook slowly for 30-40 minutes.
