2 skinless whole chicken breasts
shallot or cooking onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp paprika powder
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper
Slice the chicken in thin strips.
Chop the onion and press the garlic.
Cook the chicken with the onion and garlic, in a little olive oil.
When the chicken is cooked through, season and add paprika powder and lemon juice, and parsley.
