1 can 15 oz artichoke hearts, drained
1 pkg 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c mozarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 c Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
pinch cayenne pepper
fresh cracked pepper
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the artichoke hearts and spinach. Mix well.
Finely chop the artichoke hearts.
Fold the hearts and spinach into the cheese mixture.
Grease an 8X8 baking dish. Spread the mixture into the dish.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve immediaately.
