3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 med onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cans (15 oz each) great northern beans, drained and rinsed
14 oz chiken broth
2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chilies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 c sour cream
1/2 c skim milk
Saute onion and garlic. Add beans, broth, chicken, chilies, and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream and milk.
