Dietary guidance: v
1/2 c butter
3/4 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c sour cream
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp thyme
2 c self-rising flour
2 Tbs parmesan cheese, grated
Heat oven to 350. Combine butter, cheese, sour cream, and herbs in mixing bowl. Gradually stir in flour until blended.
Drop by spoon into greased mini-muffin pans.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
