Easy Fish Tacos

Great way to use up leftover grilled fish

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


mild white fish
6 flour tortillas
2 T mayonnaise
1 T lime juice
1 T chopped cilantro
1 1/2 c coleslaw mix
1/2 shredded Cheddar
tomato sliced thin, optional


Combine mayo, lime juice, cilantro; toss with coleslaw to mix well; chill until ready to use.

Grill fish if not already cooked.
Grill tortillas just about 30 seconds.

Assemble tacos and enjoy.
