lemon juice, 1/2 cup
sugar, 1/2 cup
1. Add lemon juice and sugar to blender.
2. Add ice up to 40 oz mark. Then add water.
3. Blend on low and then on high.
Substitute lime juice for lemon juice.
Reduce citrus juice and sugar to 1/4 or 3/8 c and add frozen strawberries, raspberries, etc.
Put in freezer and make into granita by stirring every hour or so.
