1.5 lb chicken tenderloins
3 c crushed potato chips (original flavor, wavy)
8 oz sour cream
1 T garlic powder
1/4 c melted butter
1. Dredge chicken in sour cream, then in chips.
2. Bake on sprayed cookie sheet @450 for 5 min, then reduce to 375 for 10-12 more.
3. Combine melted butter and garlic, and spread over chicken.
4. Increase heat back up to 450 and bake 5 more min.
