Sweet Potato Caserole

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 can Sweet Potatoes
2 - 3 tbsp Butter, melted
about 1 cup Brown Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Large Marshmallows


Cut stringy end of sweet potatoes, chunk & put in square pan
Pour about 1/2 juice (1 1/2 cup), melted butter, brown sugar, & salt into bowl
Mix together until syrupy (start with less juice...you can always add more if necessary)
Pour over the taters
Bake @ 350 de3grees until it bubbles (about an hour)
Put marshmallows on top & brown
