Ingredients

Meat off Turkey Neck
1 boiled Egg
about 1 cup broth from turkey bag
1 spoon Corn Starch

Method

Peel meat off turkey neck
In a saucepan, put in broth & some water (about a cup)
Heat broth with turkey meat to boil
Cut & add egg
Stir corn starch with warm water in a cup
Pour into saucepan slowly while stirring
