Pretzel Fried Chicken

2 2- to 3- lb fryer-broilers, cut into potion sized pieces
2 eggs, well-beaten
1/2 cup milk
3 cups finely crushed pretzel crumbs


Dry the pieces of chicken with paper toweling. Mix the eggs and milk thoroughly, Place the crushed pretzels in a paper sack. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg-milk mixture. Then place in the crushed pretzels and shake until coated. Drop into 350 degree F vegtable oil and fry until rich golden brown. Place pieces on aluminum foil in a large flat baking pan in a 300 degree F oven for an additional 35 minutes. Serve piping hot.
