Cinammon Flavoured Rose Milk

With all of the great summer weather we’ve been having we thought we’d post a delicious cooling Super Milk drink. A pint of this Rose Milk is an exotic treat that also provides more than 100% of your RDA of vitamin D!

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Dietary guidance: v 


720 ml (3 Cups) of Chilled Avonmore Super Milk
3-4 tbsp Rose Syrup
Sugar to taste
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder


Mix all the above given ingredients and Serve. Be sure to taste before adding extra Rose syrup, as too much can be bitter.
