Yeast, 1 packet
White flour, 1.5 c.
salt, 1 tsp
Sugar or honey,
Water, 2/3 c., warm
Honey, 2 tbsp
soy dogs, 16, cut into thirds
1. Combine dry ingredients in food processor, add liquids, process about 30 sec. Dough should probably be on the dry side to permit rolling.
2. Let dough rest 1 hour to double.
3. Oven to 425. Divide dough into 4 pieces, roll to about 1/4 inch, and cut into 12 triangles. Put 1/3 of soydog at base of triangle and roll to the tip. Put on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Probably should let dough rest a little at this point.
4. Bake 15-20 min. to golden brown.
