Tortilla black bean soup

Ingredients

Soup:
Black beans, cooked, 30 oz.
Veg. broth, 16 oz.
water, 1.5 c.
Canned corn, 11 oz, drained
Chopped tomatoes, 15 oz.
salsa, 1/2 c.

tortillas, torn into eights
avocados, sliced

Method

1. Combine soup ingredients in pot, simmer 20 min.
2. Serve over ripped up tortillas and sliced avocados.
