Chicken Alfredo (Failsafe)

4-500g chicken breast, diced
failsafe oil
1/2 cup cabbage (I finely dice because my kids don't like eating anything green!)
1 cup water
garlic salt (I use Woolworths Homebrand - Masterfoods is not fs)
125g Philly cream cheese
125g cream
Pasta of choice (we use spirals or fettachini)


Sprinkle the diced chicken liberally with the garlic salt and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes

Using a little of the fs oil, cook the chicken until just cooked

Add the cabbage and water to the pan and cook on a high heat until the cabbage is cooked and the water has reduced by half

Stir through the cream and philly and continue stirring while it thickens

Toss through pasta
