Chicken Tostada Salad

Mexican style dish that only takes 10 minutes to prepare! (taken from Woman's World magazine)

Serves: 4


1 pkg. (8 oz) salad greens
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup cubed Cheddar cheese, 6 oz.
¾ cup fresh salsa
4 cups corn tortilla chips (such as Tostitos)
1/3 cup bottled spicy ranch dressing


Arrange salad greens on individual serving plates. Top with
Chicken, cheese, and salsa. Arrange chips around edge of
Platter. Drizzle with dressing. If desired, top with chopped
fresh cilantro.
