1.¼lb plain flour
1.¼lb wholemeal flour
2.½ tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Bread soda
1.½ tbsp salt
4 oz bran
4 oz wheat germ
2-3 litres Avonmore Lactose Free Milk
(1) Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixer.
(2) Add the Avonmore Lactose Free Milk gradually until the mix is completely wet, but not runny.
(3) ¾ fill lightly oiled loaf tins with the mix and transfer to a pre heated oven and cook @ 180C for 1 hour.
(4) Allow to cool and enjoy!
