Granola

It's not as good as grandma's, but it's pretty good!

Ingredients

4 C old fashioned oats
1 C wheat germ
1/2 C bran flakes (I use Wheaties)
1 C coconut
1/4 C sesame seeds
1/2 C sunflower meats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
2 T oil
1/2 C honey
1/2 C apple juice
1/2 C brown sugar
2 T vanilla
2 C dried fruit
1 C chopped nuts

Method

Preheat oven to 300F. Mix first 8 ingredients. Heat next 4 ingredients, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour over the dry mix. Put into a 9X13 pan and bake 25 - 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Add fruit and nuts the last 5 minutes.
