10 minute Easy cheap healthy "Sweet and smokin rice"

Want your rice to have a kick without the calories? This is a great inexpensive recipe I just made a minute ago.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10

Serves: 1

Dietary guidance: v 


1 cup of rice
Half a cup of frozen veggies-
Half an Onion
teaspoon chili sauce
4 ounces artifical crab meat "white fish, or skinless chicken is also good-
teaspoon hot sauce


Take small pot- boil rice till fluffy

While rice cooks take a small pan and lightly dabble on some Olive oil- then, take frozen veggies, and cook till warm then, take chili sauce hot sauce I used chicken wing sauce and it was great!} onions and crab and sautee till boiling. then mix with rice, and simply serve. This is also wonderful in a wheat pita.
