Tangerine Salsa

3 tangerines, peeled and chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. seeded and chopped jalapeno
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
tortilla chips


In small bowl combine tangerines, bell peppers, garlic, jalapeno, cucmber, lime juice, sugar and red pepper flakes. Cover and chill 30 minutes to blend flavours. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips
