1/3 C hot water
2/3 C peanut butter (i use chunky)
1/3 C soy sauce
2 T lemon juice
1/4 c honey
2 T red wine vinegar
dry or fresh red chillies if desired
mix together well, with whisk or beater.
if you want to heat it up, do so carefully, in microwave or stove top, stirring frequently. do not allow to boil.
i serve this with grilled chicken breast. also as a dip for a wrap that i make with chicken breast, avocado, tomatoes, feta, and red peppers. it is my husbands favorite meal.
