1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped and sauted
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups hot cooked spaghetti or pasta of choice
Can also add zucchini slices if desired
MIX: soup, milk, onion, cheese and sour cream. Add chicken and spaghetti. Toss to coat. Add to 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
BAKE: at 375 degrees for 30 min. or until hot.
