Nabeel's® Tilapia Patrina

This wonderful recipe is a combination of light and fresh flavors from my hometown of Patras, in the Peloponnese region of Southern Greece. This makes a delicious and inexpensive lunch or dinner. Good appetite and ENJOY!

4 fresh Tilapia
½ red onion diced
2 tomatoes chopped
3 tsp Paprika
¼ bottle of Nabeel's® GLORIAâ„¢ Classic Greek Dressing**
4 garlic cloves minced
2 pinches oregano
¼ cup Capers Capotes*
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Place the onions, tomatoes, garlic and oregano in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Oil a baking pan and place fish in the pan without touching each other. Sprinkle Paprika on top of Tilapia. Pour the ingredients from the bowl over the Tilapia. Add olive oil and salt and pepper.
3. Bake for 15-20 minute (until the fish is soft).
4. Serve with a Greek Peasant Salad, a glass of white wine (preferably SKOURAS* white) and a crusty Italian/French bread (to soak up the juices).
