Pasticho de Salmon

Ingredients

Laminas pasticho
300g Salmon fresco + 1pkt salmon ahumado
1 bunch cebollin
2Tbsp butter
250g Emmental o Gruyere
2 cups Crema de leche
1 bunch ceboullette or fennel or dill
1/2 cup vino blanco
sal y pimienta

Method

Cocinar parte blanca cebollin en mantequilla, agregar salmon fresco, sal, vino. Cocinar 10min. Agregar crema de leche, sal, pimienta.
Armar pasticho en un refractario mantequillado. 1-Pasta 2-Crema 3-Ceboullette 4-Salmon 5-Queso 6-Pasta. Encima crema de leche, ceboullette, salmon ahumado.
Hornear a 350(180) por 30mins.
