Tomato Soup

Ingredients

1/3 cup raw cashews
4 large cloves garlic
1 (280z) can of organic diced tomatoes
2 t or 1 vegetarian bouillon cube (preferably chicken style)
1/2 t dried marjoram
1/2 t dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

In a blender or food processor, combine 2 cups of water and cashews. Let cashews soak for 10 minutes. Add the garlic, tomatoes, bouillon, marjoram and basil and blend until smooth. Pour into saucepan and heat until warm.
