Thai Chicken with Basil

Simple Thai recipe. Serve with steamed rice (sticky/brown). The longer it marinades the better.

Cooking time: 50 min

2 Tbsp Fish sauce
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Nonfat yogurt (plain)
Lime Juice
4 Cloves garlic Minced
4 Tbsp Fresh basil
4 Chili Peppers (Fresh red Chili minced) or 2 Teas Red pepper flakes to taste
1 1/2 Ground Ginger
3 lb Chicken Breast
1 Teasp Chili paste


-Mix marinade in non-reactive bowl
-Place chicken in ziplock, cover with marinade evenly. Remove air, close tightly.
-Marinate for several hours.
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Place chicken in shallow pan and bake for 50 min
