Baked Greek Orzo

2 cups orzo pasta
1 can diced tomato
2 cups crumbled feta cheese
12-15 chopped Kalamata olives
4 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil


cook pasta al dente
saute garlic and onion in olive oil
add tomato (drained)
add basil and oregano
saute a few minutes
add olives and feta then orzo
salt and pepper to taste
mix well
transfer to baking dish
bake at 325 15-20 minutes
I added cut up fresh green beans that I lightly boiled first
