spaghetti sauce (your own or whatever brand you use)
Italian Sausage
Ricotta cheese (full fat)
Mozzarella Cheese (full fat)
Oil (canola or olive)
cream (40%)


brown the italian sausage add the sauce and allow to simmer for 10 min. Slice zuchinni into thin ribbons. Mix oil, cream and ricotta cheese. Once the sauce mixture is done put into a bowl. Layer the zuchinni, ricotta, sauce and mozzarella in a ramekin and bake at 350 for about 15 min.
