Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 store bought or homemade angel food cake
1 large container cool whip
Your choice of vanilla icecream, lime or pineapple sherbet(softened)
Fresh strawberries cut in half
With a serrated knief, cut cake in half. Scoop out the center of bottom half of cake. Just enough to add scoops of the softened icecream. Place scoops of icecream along the scooped out cake. Put enough cool whip on top of the icream and place the top back on. With the leftover icecream ,
pack it into the center of the angel food cake. Frost with the remaining cool whip and keep in freezer. Serve this cake with sliced strawberries.
