Dietary guidance: v
1 ripe tomato
3 cloves garlic
2 Thai peppers (any spicy kind will do)
1 lime (juiced)
3 tbsp shoyu
1 tbsp sugar
Grate the carrots, thinly slice the tomato, mince the garlic, spicy peppers, and add to a salad bowl. Mix the juice of the lime, shoyu, and sugar together and pour over the salad. Using your hands (wearing food preparation gloves becaues of the peppers), crush the salad together.
Refrigerate for about 20 minutes and serve; for added heat, serve Nuoc Cham on the side.
