Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Dietary guidance: v n d
3/4 cup self-raising flour
3/4 cup plain flour
good pinch of salt
1 rounded teaspoon of dried yeast
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup lukewarm water
1/ Combine all dough ingredients in Saute Pan and mix well.
2/ Press dough using tips of fingers or spatula until the base of the pan is covered
3/ Add your choice of toppings
4/ Place the pan with pizza inside over medium heat and covers, making sure the vents are closed. Cook for 5 minutes.
5/ Turn lid to open side vents, reduce heat to medium low and cook for a further 20 minutes.
6/ Remove from heat and using Egg Flip lift pizza from pan onto a board or serving platter.
