Corn Casserole

Got this from my mom and it is a family favorate.

Ingredients

1 can Corn, drained
1 can Cream of Corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 pack saltine or butter crackers, crushed fine
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 med onion, minced

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350 until firm in the middle and browned on the top and sides. (Broil will brown the top nicely)
